| Description | Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design (PIFD) is a federally chartered Public Sector degree awarding Institute. The Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training is the administrative Ministry of PIFD, Lahore. Sealed Applications are invited from the Legal Consultancy Firms registered with Tax Departments for the following Tender:- TENDER NO. TENDER NAME CLOSING DATE & TIME OPENING DATE & TIME PFID/Tender/2023-24/015 Pre-Qualification of Legal Consultancy Firms for PIFD 03-May-2024 Till 11:00am 03-May-2024 At 11:30am 2. Pre-Qualification Documents will be immediately available after the publishing of this Notice (Rule No. 23(1) of PPRA 2004). Pre-Qualification Documents containing detailed terms & conditions, procedure for submission of Application/Bid and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the PIFD during office hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M) on the submission of written request & payment of tender documents Fee Rs. 1,000/-. (nonrefundable) This notice is also available on official websites of PPRA and PIFD www.pifd.edu.pk. 3. The Application documents, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the Pre-Qualification Documents, must be delivered to the address mentioned below by or before Closing Date & Time. Received Applications/Bids shall be opened in the presence of authorized representatives of firms who may choose to be present at the Opening Date & Time. Bids received after due time & date shall be summarily rejected. 4. The Bid Security Rs. 10,000/- in the form of ?CDR, Bank Draft,? drawn in favor of ?Pakistan Institute of Fashion and Design, Lahore? is required to be submitted with Bid, without which the offer shall be rejected being non -responsive. 5. The Validity period of the Bid will be 90 days. 6. In case of holiday, proceeding of the tender will be conducted on next working day. 7. Bids without supporting documents and valid documentary evidence given in the Pre-Qualification Documents will be liable for rejection. No supporting document will be accepted, at all, after the opening of the Bids. 8. PIFD further reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids without assigning any reason.
